• All orders must be received on an official Purchase Order on Company Letterhead via fax or email.

• Orders must contain all billing and shipping information, including a contact name; purchase order number; quantity, price and total sale of chemicals being ordered.

• Payment terms for established customers are:

  • Domestic: Net 30 days, FOB Chester, PA

  • Export: Exworks, CIF Air or Sea

• Visa/MasterCard credit card orders are accepted for first time orders or any order under $2500.

• To establish open credit terms we require the following information:

  • Bank Name, Address, Account #, Contact Person, Telephone, Facsimile

  • Three trade references with Vendor Name, Address, Account #, Contact Person, Telephone, Facsimile
